**We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Sales Manager in Regina, SK.**

**Position profile**:
The Residential Sales Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales and is accountable for leading and growing sales volumes in all residential product lines, to both new and existing customers for all residential sales channels.

**Main responsibilities include**:
**1. Plan and Execute Sales Strategies**
- Implements and executes the strategic sales strategies to ensure corporate sales goals are met. Plans, develops, and implements new sales processes, departmental sales objectives and tactical initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Monitors and measures performance and provides regular reporting to the sales team and to the Management team.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by teams for effective search of sales leads, prospects, and closes. Motivates the sales team to achieve goals.
- Monitors expenses against the budget, adjusts as required and reports on variances.
- Align with Marketing to develop strategies to drive sales.
- Leads the telesales and door to door team and works closely with customer service representatives; developing scripting, and sales training to achieve targets for residential customers.

**2. Analyze & present market data to support management decision making.**
- Prepares and delivers reports on the status of all sales programs and initiatives to the senior management team.
- Analyzes market, competitors, and industry trends to determine residential sales strategies.
- Understand the competitive market place for product and pricing.

**3. People leadership**
- Delegates work assignments, managing department workload.
- Supports onboarding employees, communicating organization values and supporting inclusive organization culture.
- Works with the Senior Manager, Human Resources & Safety to recruit employees, to deal with employee relations issues, to manage discipline problems and for succession planning for the department.
- Provides leadership and direction to department staff to ensure that systems and policies are adhered to, and corporate objectives, as they relate to the department, are met. Manages performance, coaches and trains, listens to issues or concerns and provides support, assistance and feedback on performance.

**Qualifications**:

- A business degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a direct sales management role in a competitive service industry and ten years of direct sales experience.
- Experience training and mentoring a sales team on how to sell to customers.
- Experience in meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, building relationships, coaching, managing processes, market knowledge, developing budgets, staffing.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with key business partners.
- Strong knowledge of competitive analysis methods.
- Previous experience in the communications industry is an asset.
- Clear criminal record check is required.
