Your future duties and responsibilities: In this newly created position, you will lead on global programs and projects that are fundamental to who we are and how we operate. Here are some of the options on the table for you to consider in the first few years;
Would you be interested leading a tiger team of cross-functional fresh thinkers on the fabric of CGI - the redesign of the Management Foundation?
Would you be interested in creating a holistic and continuous listening strategy linked to events in the member' lifecycle, moments that matter, and experiences that occur glocally? How should we collect feedback and sentiment analysis through all stages of member experience at scale?
How would you like to lead the redesign of performance management and talent reviews for a more fluid experience? How would you design and build meaningful succession strategies and plans to expedite career growth for the leaders of the future while building a deep and diverse global talent portfolio?
How do you propose we bring the Global Member Value Proposition to life, aligned with the CGI "Dream"? What is that that you see that we need to do to lead the market on all things Talent?

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to "connect the dots" and work through complexity to identify appropriate strategies to improve talent management outcomes.
Strong planning & project management skills centralized around human-centered design work, stakeholder management, eye for

business and partnership.
Develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment. Lead initiatives with teams around the world, set challenging targets, implement and monitor progress.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and growing into new areas of responsibility, with self-starter qualities
Possess excellent business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience designing and leading talent management programs and solutions
Experience with identifying, managing, and influencing partners
Critical and creative thinking, high analytical ability
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner, Talent Management or related field with a strong focus on designing and implementing programs and solutions that require significant change management support and have broad impact on culture.
Bachelor's degree in business and/or a related field
Master's degree in business, organizational development, organizational behavior, industrial-organizational psychology, or human resources
