This is a senior leadership level role reporting to the VP, Human Resources & Communications.
The Senior Consultant, Change Management - Workday Implementation will be a key driver to the successful implementation of the Workday Human Capital Management System. Building on Dynacare's change management framework and practices, the incumbent is responsible for designing, communicating, training and deploying best practices to build change capability and user adoption of the enterprise-wide technology. This role will work with the executive team, senior leaders, Human Resources and the global project team to manage the multi-dimensional elements of the Workday HCM implementation - change management, organization design, project communications and training.
What You Will Do:
Required Knowledge, Skills & Education:
10+ years of working knowledge of organization development and experience managing large-scale, multi-faceted change management initiativesStrong project planning, project management, and project integration experienceHuman capital management consulting experience in a client-facing role is an assetHighly versed with technology and technology implementations as well as enterprise-wide projectsExceptional presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experienceStrong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challengesAbility to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutionsDemonstrated experience as a trusted advisor able to develop collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholderBilingual (French & English) will be a strong asset
