Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator - Physiotherapy Clinic

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently.
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic medical records system.
- Process insurance billing, collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records with utmost confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient flow, including check-in, check-out, and waiting area management.
- Liaise with practitioners and other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth patient care coordination.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing clinic correspondence.
- Assist with day to day clinic tasks for successful operations of the clinic.
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer software and electronic medical records systems such as Jane is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Friendly and positive demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if required.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
