In close collaboration with the Live Event Crew Director, the Talent Scout will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of Lighting Programmers ( In house and freelancers), Pixel Managers and Technical personnel. As a highly motivated and knowledgeable Talent Scout, this person will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and onboarding talented production people for diverse and exciting international events.

**The main responsibilities for this position are**:
- Propose, organize and implement worldwide recruiting strategies to attract the best Lighting programmers or potential Lighting programmers to PixMob and any Production personnel needed to deliver our immersive experiences in different types of shows, sports events or special events.- Assist in specialized trade shows to recruit and network.- Evaluate Lighting Programmer skills, performance, and growth potential.- Work with the PixMob Academy to identify and recruit talented Lighting Operators for our organization.- Organize the onboarding of the new Lighting Programmers or of new production personnel.- Stay up-to-date with current trends in talent scouting in the entertainment industry.- Manage all freelancer contracts.- Develop and propose an evaluation system to categorize freelancers to build and maintain a recall list.- Develop a pipeline of interested and promising talents.- Provide follow-up with the freelancers to make sure the mandates are well done and inform the Live event Crew Director of any issues.- Provide feedback and recommendations on Lighting Programmers development strategies with the Live Event Crew Director.- Collaborate with the Live Event Crew Director team to identify the needs for skilled.Lighting Programmers.

**Competencies and requirements for this position**:
- College degree in Lighting technique or show-related techniques- Experience in lighting programming or relevant field of expertise- 3 to 5 years of recruiting or scouting experience- Excellent knowledge of recruiting-scouting strategies- Strong selection skills- Experience in working with and managing freelance contracts-
- Passion for the entertainment industry- Autonomy, excellent work organization, and ability to think out of the box- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure- Fluency in English and functional French- This position is based at the Montreal Headquarters
