Treatment Coordinator's Responsibilities:

- Work in close communication with DDS to ensure best treatment plan achieved.
- See all patients for case presentation and Financial Arrangements
- Present comprehensive treatment plans and provide cost estimates
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships
- Manage scheduling and coordinate patient appointments
- Handle patient billing and insurance inquiries
- Follow up with patients to ensure their satisfaction with their visit
- Keep accurate records of patient treatment plans and financial arrangements

Practice Manager Responsibilities:

- Work in partnership with Senior Management and Operational leads to build Financial and operational budget and forecast targets.
- Review monthly Financial results with Regional Director and Corporate Finance Leads
- Key contact for all financial audits
- Set up monthly production targets
- Coordinate treatment plans, review and approve Insurance submission
- Set up payment plans and financial arrangements
- Vendor relationship management
- Review and approve payment of Invoices
- Collaborate with DentalCorp. Head office in centralization of Accounts Payable and Sourcing Department
- Key contact for inquiries made by internal and external stakeholders, including Regional Directors, Financial Controller, HR and vendors with regarding to overall operations and processes.
- Assign and delegate daily tasks related to A/P and A/R to team members
- Review aging receivables and flag collection risks
- Review and approve payroll
- Responsible for annual inventory and audits
- Recruitment, on boarding, off boarding and training
- Setting up annual objective and monitoring performance
- Recommend promotions, merit increases and development for all team members
- Monitor team engagement and focus on increasing production and efficiencies
- Conduct weekly meetings to review priorities for the week
- Conduct health & safety updates with the team and ensure compliance with government regulations
- Oversee all aspects of practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and financial management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and practice growth
- Implement and maintain systems for practice efficiency, such as electronic medical records and appointment scheduling

About You:

- 3+ years of experience in a dental practice management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of dental billing and insurance procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and make sound decisions
