We are seeking an experienced and motivated Orthodontic Practice Treatment Coordinator to join our team at York Orthodontics. Our practice is dedicated to providing top-quality orthodontic care to our patients, and we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating patient consultations and treatment plans
- Presenting financial and treatment options to patients and their families
- Managing patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and insurance companies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to patients and their families
- Keeping the front office organized and running smoothly
- Assisting with general office tasks as needed
- Supporting marketing efforts and promoting the practice

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a dental/orthodontic practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance and billing procedures
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday and one Saturday per month
- Thursday and Fridays at the North York location
- Energetic and positive attitude

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
