Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) spécialiste en acquisition de talent pour gérer la globalité du recrutement chez Nectari (principalement des postes en TI).

**Le poste**:

- Conseiller les gestionnaires tout au long des processus de recrutement
- Déterminer les stratégies de recrutement à adopter, en collaboration avec la responsable RH et les différentes parties prenantes internes
- Effectuer la prise de besoins en recrutement auprès des gestionnaires
- Rédiger les descriptions de postes et procéder à l'affichage en ligne sur les diverses plateformes
- Mener les entrevues téléphoniques, virtuelles et en personne
- Vérifier les références et les antécédents judiciaires
- Faire les suivis des embauches auprès des gestionnaires et des employés
- Coordonner avec les partenaires externes (agences de recrutement)
- Fournir des informations sur le marché pour développer des stratégies de recrutement afin d'attirer et de retenir les meilleurs talents
- Effectuer des recherches sur l'industrie, en se tenant au courant des dernières nouvelles et tendances du monde du recrutement
- Participer aux projets des ressources humaines (ex. revoir les processus d'intégration, travailler l'image de marque de l'entreprise) et supporter l'équipe RH dans les tâches quotidiennes
- Organiser, coordonner et réaliser les événements et activités sociales des employés
- Rédiger et diffuser les communiqués internes (courriels, invitations, infolettres, etc.)

**Ce qu’il te faut**:

- Environ 1 année d'expérience significative en recrutement (idéalement en TI)
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite (français et anglais)

**The position**:

- Advise managers throughout the recruitment process
- Determine recruitment’ strategies to be adopted, in collaboration with the HR manager and various internal stakeholders
- Take the recruitment needs from the managers
- Write job descriptions and post them on various online platforms
- Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Check references and criminal records
- Follow up on hiring with managers and employees
- Coordinate with external partners (recruitment agencies)
- Provide insights from the market to develop recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent
- Conduct industry research, keeping abreast of the latest news and trends in the recruitment world
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., review onboarding processes, work on corporate branding) and support the HR team in daily tasks
- Organizing in person and remote team building and company-wide activities
- Write internal announcements (new hires, events info, short communications)

**What you need**:

- About 1 year of significant experience in recruitment (ideally in IT)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and French)
