Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful completion of industrial concrete projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in project planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning and executing industrial concrete projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of information.
- Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular site walks to inspect work progress, identify deviations from plans, and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies at all project sites.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred).
- Alternatively CET
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the industrial concrete construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials, with a focus on industrial concrete projects.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
