Our office, located in Camrose, Alberta is currently recruiting for an
Insulation Project Coordinator to add to the team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries for product pricing and delivery requirements
  • Assist on the schedule to communicate between departments and customer
  • Assist with vendor PO's & customer invoicing by ensuring information is accurate and correct
  • Assist with shipping arrangements for finished product
  • Ensure the project deliverables are on time Communicate incoming and outgoing deliveries with customer and other support staff
  • Assist Sales with quote development and completion
  • Providing direction, information and support to all departments
  • Administration duties (ie maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports)

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and other Office software
