We are looking for a **Part-Time** **Data Entry Clerk** to join our team in FreshPoint Vancouver.

This is an entry-level **part-time Data Entry Clerk** position to assist the accounting and sales with order entry, purchase orders and other clerical work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate data entry of purchase orders and credits using the AS400 system
- Update price lists obtained from sales
- Assist in shipping and receiving department as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**:

- Completion of post-secondary education
- Previous experience in an office administration, reception, date-entry or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written communications
- Available to on statutory holidays

**Location**:

- 1020 Malkin Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6A 3S9.
- Accessible to multiple transit lines.
- Please note that this is an onsite role due to the nature of the position.

**Work Schedule**:

- Part-time hours
- Friday to Sunday from 5pm to 9pm
- Extra coverage maybe needed during the week (if necessary)
- Statutory holiday coverage required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Holidays
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
