**TKMT Assistant Manager**

The Assistant Manager at our TKMT Downtown location will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager in overseeing club operations to ensure an exceptional martial arts and fitness experience for all our members. Working closely with the Manager, the Assistant Manager will contribute to fostering a positive and enthusiastic team atmosphere, as well as maintaining the financial success of the club.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Support the Manager in day-to-day club operations, including staff management, member engagement, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold TKMT's standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase membership retention and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure the club maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Assist in organizing and promoting club events, workshops, and promotions to enhance member engagement and community involvement.
- Monitor club performance metrics and financial targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Act as a role model for staff, embodying the qualities of an outgoing, friendly, positive, and passionate individual dedicated to martial arts and fitness.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to challenges that may arise.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the fitness or martial arts industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive and supportive relationships with staff and members.
- A genuine passion for martial arts and fitness, with strong knowledge of various disciplines - preferably Muay Thai & Kickboxing.
- Actively participate in instructing classes, demonstrating techniques and fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere for learning and fitness.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a can-do attitude in all aspects of club management.

**Compensation**:

- $25-$35 per hour (To be determined based on experience and skill set)

**Working Hours**:

- Minimum of 15 hours per week.
