Our Project Management team is looking for a Assistant Project Manager to join us in **Saskatoon** immediately.

**What You Get To Do**
- Assist in development of project plans, schedules and budgets under supervision of the Project Manager;
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures under the supervision of the Project Manager;
- Coordinate and monitor change management processes and workflows;
- Coordinate and attend all required meetings including working groups, design coordination, and governance meetings;
- Prepare meeting packages including agendas, minutes, action logs and decision items;
- Monitor change management protocols throughout the project phases under the direction of the Project Manager;

- Prepare meeting packages including agenda and decision items.
- Assist in the development of project plans;
- Ensuring project deadlines are met through clear communication and follow-up on project plans, schedules and action items;
- Providing administrative support as needed;
- Undertaking project tasks as required;
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project;
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience;
- University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Construction Project Management, Structural and Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, etc.;
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills combined with sound judgment and initiative;
- Naturally responsive to internal and external stakeholder requests;
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels;
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail to produce quality work;
- Strong time management and exceeds deadlines;
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills;
- Hold a valid driver's license;
- Legally eligible to work in Canada; and
- A combination of experience and education will be considered.
