**What can I expect to do in this role?**: As the
**Solutions Portfolio Manager**, you will:

- lead through others by motivating, building and developing a team of individuals to deliver results on high profile initiatives.
- establish priorities, identify critical issues, recommend options, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure on a consistent basis.
- consult with and help define client I&IT systems requirements and identify solutions.
- manage and oversee the deployment of I&IT systems, including: implementing technology infrastructure and the negotiation and management of all related business, information management and I&IT service level agreements, and changes to organization and business processes and procedures.

**Technical Expertise and Specialized Knowledge**:

- You have knowledge of business systems analysis, design, implementation, testing, and risk management to direct staff in the development and evaluation of I&IT systems.
- You have knowledge of data and information management practices, processes and enabling technologies to support the use of data for business intelligence and analytics purposes.
- You can develop documentation in support of enterprise information governance & management processes.
- You have awareness of Microsoft.NET and Office 365 including MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Online, and Power Apps.
- You have expertise in project management methodologies including planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to effectively manage multiple complex large-scale high priority projects.
- You have expertise in structuring, organizing and managing multiple projects, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
- You have demonstrated problem-solving skills to resolve complex and multi-faceted issues affecting the delivery of I&IT business solutions and services.
