Portfolio Administrator Position at Aviso Wealth

Aviso Wealth is a prominent wealth management organization dedicated to enhancing the financial well-being of Canadians. We are currently seeking a Portfolio Administrator to join our Asset Management team.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for daily portfolio administration of SMA programs, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
  • Support investment management solutions, providing expert guidance and analysis.

Key Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Finance, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the investment industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • CSC and CPH completion required, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • IIROC RR license and working towards CFA, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Proficiency in Portfolio Management software, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Strong analytical skills and investment administration knowledge, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English, with French being an asset, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and inventory accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Execute discretionary trades, making informed decisions based on market analysis.
  • Assist with fee-billing, providing clear and concise explanations to clients.
  • Generate investment reports, presenting complex data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Support Advisors on product offerings, providing expert guidance and recommendations.

Compensation:

Expected salary range of $64,000 - $79,000 CAD annually, reflecting the value of our employees' contributions.
