With great power comes great responsibility, and we’re not looking for just anyone to guide us into a new age of ERP. Not only can you create a project charter, project Scope and manage changes in your sleep, you are exceptional at communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities in ‘normal people speak.’

Here’s a few of the finer points you bring to the table:

- A minimum of 3 years of hands on BSA or PM experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration, systems development)
- Extensive understanding of programming languages and operating systems like C++, Java, Linux, HTML, Oracle, Pascal, and Delphi
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would give you a leg up

Practically applied skills (as in you’ve walked the walked) in:

- Successful implemented an ERP system before (kind of a big one for us)
- Process design experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with Business Intelligent tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in leading and coaching a team through project completion stages

Bonus points
- You have actually implemented Infor Syteline before (big bonus points for this)
