**Max Advanced Brakes** is a leading supplier of automotive brake parts in North America, headquartered in Markham, Ontario. In particular, we specialize in performance brake rotors and pads and aim to provide the best product & service for our customers in Canada and the United States.
We are currently seeking ambitious, creative & capable individuals to join our growing team and be a part of the Max Advanced Brakes family.
**What will I be doing at Max Advanced Brakes?**
- Auto part sales experience preferred.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product lines and services, as well as up-to-date market and product trends.
- Generate leads and actively pursue B2B sales
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identify and develop new business sales opportunities.
- Develop sales goals for territory or area; manage all aspects of strategic sales initiatives for these regions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales target.
- Promote sales through relationship-based approach.
- Contacting and converting prospective clients into new sales.
- Establish and maintain relations with clients.
- Promote and maintain the company’s brand image and identity within the marketplace.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.
- Willingness to travel throughout GTA on a daily basis.
- Some overnight travel may be required.
- Work with various departments within Max Brakes to convert opportunities into revenue.
**What is required of me?**
- Experience with B2B Sales is preferred
- Experience in related sales or marketing field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preparation/participation in trade shows preferred
- Experience in dealing with prospective & established clients
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
- Proven ability to work in a team based environment where teamwork is paramount
