Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Peoples trucking. As an Outside Sales Representative, we are seeking a driven sales representative to expand our client base and drive business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and technology to contribute to our company's growth.

**Duties**:
As a sales representative, your primary objective will be to secure new business opportunities for Peoples trucking. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients. Your goal is to establish and maintain relationships that result in ongoing gravel hauling service contracts. You also need to Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or business development
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
