Quebec 4-H is a non-profit community-based organization, dedicated to developing life skills such as leadership, cooperation, responsibility and independence for the English-speaking rural youth of Quebec. This goal is accomplished with activities at the grassroots level via the network of clubs, with provincial activities and by an affiliation with 4-H Canada for National and International programs.

**Reporting to a Youth Volunteer Board, you will**
- Coordinate all aspects of the organization: including but not limited to Operations, Funding & other financial aspects, Programming and general administration
- Support youth, parents, volunteers & community members in local, provincial and national programming while adhering to 4-H policies and procedures
- Work closely with provincial and National 4-H counterparts
- Develop partnerships in agricultural & community sectors
- Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders
- Seek growth opportunities at local, provincial & National levels

**Working in an autonomous environment, you will bring**
- Related work and/or volunteer experience (min 3 years)
- Results driven approach in all you do
- Transparency and accountability
- Financial management experience, including in area of funding
- Social media skills
- Team player attitude and experience
- Written and oral skills in both official languages
- Flexibility in your schedule
- Mobility to travel within province and occasionally out of province
- Knowledge of office software
- Knowledge and appreciation of the agricultural community is an asset
- Willingness to occasionally work in varied environments (including youth camps & livestock barns)

This great career opportunity is based on 4-day work week, with flexibility required at certain peak periods, including occasional weekend work. The office is based in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC. Flexibility for hybrid environment can be discussed. Salary range $40,000-$50,000, including a performance base component.

**Relevant du Conseil d’administration composé de Jeunes Leaders, ton rôle sera de**:

- Coordonner tous les aspects de l’organisation: les opérations, le financement et autres volets financiers, la progammation et l’administration générale
- Offrir un appui soutenu aux membres, aux parents et aux bénévoles pour la programmation locale, provinciale et nationale, en respectant les politiques et procédures
- Collaborer avec les collègues provinciaux et nationaux
- Développer des partenariats dans les milieux agricole et communautaire
- Maintenir une communication claire et ouverte en tout temps
- Identifier des opportunités de croissance au niveaux local, provincial & national

**Travaillant de façon autonme, tu contribueras à ce poste**
- Une expérience de travail et/ou bénévolat relative à ce poste (min 3 ans)
- Une approche basée sur les résultats
- La transparence et la responsabilisation
- Une expérience dans le domaine des finances, incluant le financement
- Une expertise dans les médias sociaux
- Une expérience et approche de travail d’équipe
- Un bilinguisme oral et écrit
- Une ouverture à travailler avec un horaire flexible
- Une mobilité pour voyager en région et parfois à l’extérieur de la province
- Une aise avec les logiciels de base
- La connaissance du milieu agricole est un atout
- L’ouverture de parfois travailler dans des milieux de travail variés (fermes, camps)

Cette belle occasion pour ta carrière est basée sur un semaine de 4 jours, avec une flexibilité pour les périodes achalandées, dont quelques fins de semaine. Le bureau est situé à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC. Une flexibilité pour le télé-travail peut être discutée. Le salaire dans l’échelle de 40,000$ - 50,000$, incluant un volet basé sur la performance.
