International Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute country-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across Europe.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners to drive sales growth in individual European markets.
- Build a network of distributors in previously untapped European territories, understanding the distinct requirements of each region.
- Conduct market research tailored to specific European countries to identify opportunities, trends, and unique customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to adapt sales strategies, ensuring alignment with local cultures, industries, and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts that address the particular challenges and demands of each European market.
- Monitor performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Scentroid’s ERP/CRM system to streamline regional operations.
- Communicate directly with the Sales Director regarding opportunities, challenges, or concerns related to European clients or distributors.
- Potential to take on secondary tasks as assigned by the Sales Director.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Scentroid’s product lines and service offerings to tailor solutions to regional needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in European sales or working across diverse markets focusing on regional strategies.
- Experience in building and managing distributor networks across Europe.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills tailored to culturally diverse markets.
- Fluency in a European Language(s) not required, but would be an asset.
- Ability to adapt to country-specific marketing challenges and regulatory requirements.
- Technical aptitude to understand complex product specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.

**Additional Assets**:

- Familiarity with quality management systems based on ISO9001.
- Knowledge of environmental instrumentation or air quality monitoring industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
