**Practice Coordinator Job Description**

You’re looking for a job that provides you with a sense that what you do matters. You enjoy working with and interacting with people while also being able to work on your own.

Our Practice Coordinator is key to the success of our team. In this role you get to help people find the best counsellor or nutritionist for them, their schedule and need. You then get to support our team of therapists through your administrative skills and warm personality. You will leave each day knowing that what you do makes a difference, and that you have a key role in helping people succeed in their goals to be emotionally, mentally and physically healthy.

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:

- 1-3 years Office administrative experience
- Familiarity with mental health terms and the counselling process
- Familiarity with Quickbooks

**Other Qualification Preferences**:

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Janeapp and a customer records management system (we use Keap)
- Comfortable with learning various forms of technology

**Hours**:
Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Provide quality care for Clinicians and Clients through technology, attention to detail and a warm and welcoming attitude

2. Invoice submission to third parties / invoice review from independent contractors

3. Office Management

4. Networking and Marketing support

5. Provide administrative support for the Executive Director/Owner5

6. Attend bi-weekly meetings with the ED

7. Attend and participate in monthly team meetings

8. Other duties as discussed

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
