**Your Opportunity**
BDO Canada is looking for an Intern, **Project Manager **to join the **BDO Digital **team from **September to December 2024 **and own the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate on assigned engagements through to successful completion against the key pillars of scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop and maintain internal & external stakeholder relationships
- Work with project lead to track, monitor, and forecast on client engagements
- Identify areas of challenges, opportunities, and improvement in assigned client engagements
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Assisting with resource allocation
- Helping to resolve all team members impediments
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager
- Tracking and following-up on action items
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies
- Running Stand-ups, Agile meetings and updating Agile stories and tasks (Ex. Using Azure DevOps, JIRA)

**Your experience and education**
- Currently pursuing post-secondary education in business/commerce, IT, or math with an interest in project management
- University/college courses and interest in technology and IT project management considered an asset
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have strong problem solving skills, organization, and attention to detail You are able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and variable workload
