Job Title: PR/Events Manager

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive non-digital marketing and events strategy that aligns with Plush + Oak's overall business objectives.

2. Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, pop-up shops, salon takeovers, and company events, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.

3. Identify and secure speaking opportunities for Plush + Oak's founders at relevant industry events, conferences, and workshops.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, vendors, and collaborators to create mutually beneficial marketing opportunities and co-branded events.

5. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, staffing, and on-site coordination.

6. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all marketing channels, both online and offline.

7. Track and analyze event performance, providing detailed post-event reports and recommendations for future improvement.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

10. Manage event-related marketing materials, including signage, promotional items, and collateral.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the salon furniture or related industries.

3. Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and non-digital marketing campaigns.

4. Strong understanding of the salon and beauty industry, with established relationships with industry partners and vendors.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and marketing strategies.

7. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.

8. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
