**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
- Enter customer orders, suggest purchase of additional products and provide technical assistance to customers.
- Research customer complaints and answer questions; Consult with management for instructions to resolve complaints within 24 hours.
- Make weekly calls to customers to take orders for scheduled deliveries.
- Research all customer warranty and/or return requests and complete appropriate forms and problem documentation the same day they are received.
- Recommend additional products that may be needed to complete the order and additional items that are needed.
- Develop product knowledge to be able to specify and recommend products to customers.
- Provide customers with the necessary documentation and assistance to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
- Keep abreast of featured products and promotions.
- Participate in the weekly branch sales meeting.
- Communicates market information to the Customer Service Team and Branch Manager.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and use appropriate PPE as required.
- Other related duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities.
- Experience in retail sales.
- Knowledge of trailer parts or industrial parts distribution (Asset).
- Bilingual, excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
- Computer skills required, mastery of MS Office software.
- Essential autonomy, rigor and high attention to detail and work well done.
- Problem solving skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Anticipate and identify customer needs.
- Must be reliable, responsible, have good judgment and a high sense of discretion.
- Have the ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Interest in process improvement and the ability to be innovative.
- Strong organizational, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Business acumen, concern for the company's mission.
- Professionalism towards colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
