**A Day in the Life**
- Reviewing inputting and updating project set-ups in our ERP
- Regular review of project controls information
- Ensuring all projects follow the contract requirements.
- Analyzing, reporting all project budget changes for project managers / project coordinators and construction managers
- Accountable and responsible for all monthly billing
- General project duties as directed by the project manager

**What You'll Bring to the Team**
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Prior accounting experience with a professional services/consulting firm
- Understanding of project controls for revenue recognition purposes
- Experience with BST Global or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft office; intermediate knowledge of Excel and MS Project or Primavera
- General knowledge of contracts
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skill
