ROLE SUMMARY

As part of an agile team, assist in the ideation and development of solutions for the Regulatory domain; work across Global Regulatory, other partner lines (e.g. Safety, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Digital) to assist in the execution and governance of regulatory solutions projects.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigates solutions to operations issues. Communicate solutions and options to relevant stakeholders to facilitate decision making.
- Ensures critical information and records are managed in accordance with external regulations and internal processes.
- Document options and proposals for solution governance on how best to meet customer needs.
- Document business requirements for regulatory solutions. Participate in workshops, conduct interviews with functional line SMEs to ensure full and complete requirements set.
- Collaborate with functional lines to understand and document the use of the information management solutions with the business process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to simplify and improve system use and system management.
- Participate in system release activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, engineering, statistics or a related discipline
- Basic knowledge of Healthcare and/or biopharmaceutical drug development and regulations.
- Collaboration on teams.
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

GRA - Work with GRA to understand their needs

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Au sein d’une équipe agile, le titulaire de ce poste participera à la conceptualisation et à la mise au point de solutions pour le secteur des Affaires réglementaires; il travaillera au sein des Affaires réglementaires à l’échelle mondiale et d’autres secteurs (par exemple, l’Innocuité des médicaments, la Fabrication, les Sciences pharmaceutiques et l’équipe numérique) pour aider à la réalisation et à la gouvernance des projets de solutions réglementaires.

FONCTIONS DU POSTE
- Rechercher des solutions aux problèmes de fonctionnement. Faire part des solutions et des options envisageables aux intervenants concernés afin de faciliter la prise de décisions.
- Veiller à ce que les renseignements et les dossiers essentiels soient gérés conformément aux règlements externes et aux processus internes.
- Consigner les options et les propositions de gouvernance des solutions visant à répondre aux besoins des clients de manière optimale.
- Consigner les exigences de l’entreprise en matière de solutions réglementaires. Participer à des ateliers et réaliser des entrevues avec les experts des axes fonctionnels afin d’établir un ensemble exhaustif d’exigences.
- Collaborer avec les axes fonctionnels afin de comprendre et de consigner l’utilisation des solutions de gestion de l’information avec les processus administratifs.
- Contribuer à des projets d’amélioration continue visant à simplifier et à améliorer l’utilisation et la gestion des systèmes.
- Participer aux activités de mise en œuvre des systèmes.

COMPÉTENCES DE BASE
- B. Sc. ou M. Sc. en informatique, en sciences de la vie, en affaires, en génie, en statistiques ou dans une discipline connexe
- Connaissances de base de la mise au point de médicaments dans le domaine des soins de santé ou de l’industrie biopharmaceutique et des règlements associés
- Esprit d’équipe
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale, écrite et la présentation d’exposés
