Reporting to Manager, National Sales Analytics, the role is responsible for supporting the Sales team. This Role will prepare sales reports and activity reports, support partnership issues, respond to inquiries, be back up for commissions, provide on boarding and sales process training (especially Salesforce) for new BDMs and BDAs. Ensure bank standards are achieved and maintained with targeted emphasis continuous improvement, providing support and structure to the BDM/BDA sales team.

MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

**Key accountabilities of this position include**:

- Build and deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics needs for all channels of business, to support sales growth efforts.
- Work with the Manager, National Sales Analytics to build and leverage relationships at all levels of the referral partners and assisting the BDMs & RVPs to navigate the landscape of any given referral partner.
- Be the main point of contact for the BDM’s, RVP’s, and VP for coordination of marketing and business building related activity for national events and sales related functions.
- Monitor sales support and commission inquiries on regular basis to ensure the timely and professional responses within the established SLA is met.
- Assist with reporting and analytics for all sales channels at the individual sales team level, as well as our partnership level.
- Assist the RVPs/ Director as required with administrative support (such as research, updating reports, creating and maintaining new reports using SharePoint and Excel, phone line review) or additional projects as required.
- Actively participate in inter-departmental meetings to bring sales insight as well as take away pertinent information to be communicated to the team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

**Qualifications and Technical Expertise**:

- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience within the Canadian financial industry would be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of mortgages, mortgage operations, sales cycles; knowledge of investment concepts and strategies is a definite asset.
- Knowledge of regional bank structures an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Xlookup and Pivot Table etc), PowerPoint and Word
- Salesforce experience would be a strong asset.
- Effective project management skills and an ability to recruit collaboration to complete corporate initiatives.
- Bilingual (English French) is an asset.
