**Summarized Job Description**
Reporting to the district manager or territory manager, the store manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store and achieving overall objectives. To do so, they must continually motivate, train, and supervise their team. Additionally, they must ensure that policies, procedures, or controls are understood and applied in day-to-day operations. As a true ambassador of the company, they will also be responsible for welcoming, advising, and building customer loyalty, while being the key player within their team.
**List of Responsibilities**:
**The Manager's responsibilities are divided into two areas: Sales / Management**:
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and an exceptional shopping experience.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers.
- Optimize sales and profitability.
- Validate and communicate sales reports and information.
- Ensure the execution of promotions and visual merchandising of products.
- Validate inventory controls and follow up on product orders.
**Management**:
- Supervise, motivates, and leads employees.
- Recruit when necessary and provide ongoing training to employees.
- Determine and communicate sales targets for employees.
- Plan and manage boutique operations according to established procedures.
- Ensure boutique opening and closing procedures are conducted according to established schedules.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Implement and promote workplace health and safety programs.
- Ensure regular maintenance of the store.
- Responsible for planning and recording work schedules, as well as approving timesheets. Also accountable for enforcing the rules of the work hours management cycle (approval, validation, attendance, etc.).
- Communicate with the administrative center when required.
- Any other related tasks.
**Required qualifications**
- Hold a college diploma (high school diploma required).
- Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience related to the position.
- Proficiency in working with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Being flexible with availability as the manager is required to work during the day, evenings and weekends, as per the needs of the business.
