**What you will do**:
The Project and Design Team is the at the heart of our operation. This is the team that takes our vision and makes it a reality. From design, planning, execution, and maintenance this team is what brings to life our brand.

Project management is a key part of our process. In this role, you will be able to lead new projects and consult on existing ones. From dreaming up new spaces, to major renovations and rehab of current infrastructures, the project manager oversees these processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prepare project schedules, milestones and follow up processes
- Ensure adherence to plans, requirements and company standards
- Evaluate and communicate roadblocks, assessing their impact on the project
- Create, propose, and evaluate alternate solutions to roadblocks as needed
- Communicate expectations to teams, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Aid in documentation and reporting, including preparing contracts and negotiating revisions
- Establish best practices to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relations with all members of the project team and operations team
- Evaluate documentation, processes, and projects regularly; propose changes as needed

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- A minimum of** five (5)** years of relevant work experience
- Experience in functional areas of design, architecture, or construction
- Understanding of BIM, Lean Construction and Agile Methodology
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, written and verbal
