**Job description**

Clearline Technologies is a leading manufacturer of a rooftop equipment support system made from recycled materials, distributing across North America. The inspirational and can-do attitude is contagiously threaded throughout the company’s culture.

We are currently seeking Logistics and Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team in a fast paced production facility located within Winnipeg.
- **Outbound Logistics** - Arrange all methods and modes of transportation, negotiate rates with multiple carriers. Daily interaction with trucking companies. Seeking improvement for cost savings and efficiency
- **Inbound Logistics** - Receive, sort, organize and distribute incoming shipments. Ensure that shipments are picked up, transported and delivered successfully
- **Inventory Management** - Plan, organize and control raw material and finish goods inventories across the company (production floor and warehouses across North America). Be responsible for shop warehouse management.
- **Purchasing** - Responsible for all purchasing issues of raw materials. Negotiate rates and search for better suppliers. Prepare and track purchase orders, requisitions and maintain records using ERP system

**Previous Experience / Skills and Attributes Required**:

- Experience in Transportation, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Management
- Excellent communication skills, customer oriented approach representing a positive and professional image to visitors and callers
- Strong focus on accuracy and details
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with both time and documents are essential. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Forklift experience is an asset as well as ability to lift about 25 pounds.

**Required Education / Experience**:

- Diploma/Certificate and minimum two years related experience (Transportation, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Management ) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Post-secondary education in one of the following fields: business administration, logistics, supply chain management

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
