We are currently looking for an:
**Junior System Administrator**

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the Junior System Administrator is responsible for setting up and maintaining the companys IT systems, including the network, servers and storage. He supports the technician for level 1 tickets and provides level 2 support.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manage and prioritize requests and tickets
- Escalate tickets when necessary to meet resolution deadlines
- Ensure great communication between technical support and other departments
- Assist with the installation, configuration and upgrade of infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage and virtualization solutions.
- Ensure the proper functioning of networking (switches, routers, WIFI, telephony, printers, etc.)
- Execute the implementation of a backup system to support contingency plans, DRP and other operational continuity plans.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and documentation systems.
- Contribute to the preparation of infrastructure improvement projects.
- Assist the senior system administrator in monitoring vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical assistance to the IT technician.
- Provide level 2 technical support to all users.
- Ensure security policies are deployed and maintained across the infrastructure.
- Carry out monthly maintenance of the infrastructure according to the plans put in place
