Indigo Park is currently looking for Cashiers at the Canadian Tire Centre to help during the hockey season As the Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers. You would be assisting in supporting our efforts to consistently surpass our customer and client expectations by providing a superior customer service experience.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Greet, welcome and assist customers with any questions or inquiries
- Process customer transactions using a variety of payment methods in a quick and accurate manner
- Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
- Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment
- Ensure that all defective ticket outputs are validated before allowing the customer to exit the premises
- Keep customer service booth tidy and organized throughout shift in order to deliver on efficient customer experience
- Will be required to conduct daily site inspections using inspection sheet
- Check mechanical rooms every night for vagrants etc.
- Required to conduct cleaning/housekeeping throughout the garage daily

**What Are the Working Conditions?**
- Operation runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience is required
- Strong communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedback
- Proven customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player who can work independently with mínimal supervision
