Canadian Tire Gas+ is seeking a Store Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales associates to duties and oversee their work
  • Manage inventory levels and perform stock replenishment as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of store equipment and facilities
  • Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and customer engagement

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in retail or a related field is an asset.
