**PMco OVERVIEW**

PMco is an Atlantic Canadian company specializing in commercial property management and commercial construction based out of our head office in Dartmouth Crossing, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We have several different types of management agreements including full property management, financial management, asset management, leasing management, and maintenance management. We currently manage over 650,000 square feet of commercial properties.

Our construction division focuses on commercial projects ranging from maintenance calls to full fit-up/renovations. We typically have between 5 - 15 active projects at any given time with a team of office staff as well as on site managers.

**Position Summary**

The Finance Coordinator, under the direction of the Financial Controller, is responsible for performing tasks involving the day-to-day operations at PMco, and the properties PMco manages, with focus on the Glen Arbour Golf Course. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, journal entries, credit card administration, processing Accounts Payable (cheques & processing EFT’s), invoice management, construction progress billing, construction P&L oversite, Glen Arbour Cashouts, Glen Arbour AP administrator, and more. _**This can be a full or part time position**_ which includes at least 1 day per week at Glen Arbour Golf Course.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- AP lead for overhead invoices, and AP processing system. Become knowledgeable in system and provide assistance with any problems that may arise.
- Backup for payroll processing (currently Rise People)
- Code payroll into accounting system (currently Yardi Breeze).
- Work with Glen Arbour Finance and utilize their ERP, Tee On
- Post management fees for PMco and all managed properties monthly.
- Run rent rolls monthly (to be approved by Director of Real Estate)
- Work with Project Administrator to invoice construction projects monthly.
- Provide construction reports of current costs / expenses.
- Complete Project Status Reports for monthly financial statements
- Oversite on construction budgets ensuring all budget information and contracts are entered properly.
- Preform cash outs, deposits, and enter gratuity reports.
- Pay & manage credit cards and credit card statements.
- Collect documentation from vendors for payment (EFT information, insurance, etc.)
- Complete weekly bank reconciliations for PMco & all managed properties.
- Weekly cash balancing
- Take ownership and accept responsibility for actions.
- Actively listen and share information as and when needed.
- Work together co-operatively and support fellow co-workers.
- Carry out all work in accordance with established corporate procedures.
- Regular interaction and promotion of positive relations with fellow PMco team members, clients, subtrades and suppliers.
- Other duties as required and as assigned within acceptable workload.
- Ensure **all** work is executed in accordance with the PMco Safety program.
