Convergix Automation Solutions is a global automation solutions provider specialized in custom automated manufacturing systems including robotics, controls, material handling, information systems, process automation in a variety of manufacturing industries. With over 500 employees worldwide and 4 operating companies in Canada, USA, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, and India, we need to develop a CRM system that can bridge the company together and support the significant growth we expect in the coming years.

In this role, you will lead the effort and the team for scope including user requirements development, integration with potential 3rdparty suppliers, implementation, customization, administration, and maintenance of the functional areas of the CRM. We are looking for a highly capable CRM Manager to ensure that our company can realize the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. The role requires frequent interaction with the CONVERGIX leadership team to develop solutions that meet each of the Operating Companies unique requirements. They will establish the scope of requirements from different stake stakeholders and work with Finance, Sales, Applications, and other Operational Leadership to understand means as it relates to CRM Software.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the functional areas of the CRMThe CRM Manager will also work collaboratively with our IT group to ensure data integrity of accounts, contacts, leads, campaigns, and opportunities, between our CRM and ERP. They will lead the formal generation of a formal scope of work for leads, contracts, accounts, and opportunities.

**What would a typical day look like?**
- Plan, scope, and manage CRM.
- Manage and provide direction to CRM Administrator (existing)
- Develop training material and provide in person training at each Operating company.
- The CRM Manager will ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- The CRM Manager is proficient in creating and administering dashboards and reports, managing Salesforce user roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Report to Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
- Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Maintain the sales cloud, as well as create user accounts, maintaining sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.
- Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as provide training and support.
- Document and update processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Work with salesforce administrator to create reports and configure automated alerts for sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Work collaboratively with the various departments in designing, developing, and managing analytical reports, dashboards, and campaigns with varying degree of complexity
- Identify gaps and solutions for issues with 3rd party ERP systems
- Establish and maintain a salesforce troubleshooting system.
- Familiarity and working knowledge with both salesforce classic and salesforce lightning, as well as the sandbox for new app development and testing
- Develop Lightning components via the Lightning App builder to use those components in Lightning pages.
- Ability to retrieve data and functionality from Third-Party API's to utilize within the lightning component.
- Administer hosted mail delivery services with a focus on security (O365) and salesforce add-on integration
- Establish and maintain budgets for 3rd party support and salesforce licenses
- Work to develop request for quotes for 3rd parties for the development of Convergix baseline CRM.
- Create test plan and execute testing with salesforce admin to ensure quality control. Create operating company integration plan for each operating company.

**What qualifies you for this opportunity?**
- You are a Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced certified administrator
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or business would be advantageous
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
- Experience in highly engineered custom systems
- Ability to listen, understand to the stakeholders and capture their requirements
- Leadership qualities to initiate and guide the CRM team
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, third party add-ons, and their functionalities
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Ability to travel to CONVERGIX Automation Operating Companies in North America and Europe.
