**What would you be accountable for?**
- Achieve the annual revenue budget
- Re-activate our current patient base that have unscheduled hygiene
- Support ongoing management of pre-booking appts.
- Manage and maintain a staffing strategy that manages staff efficiency
- Manage and maintain a dental supply strategy by working with your team and external vendor.
- Increase our customer satisfaction and constantly measure our KPI’s
- Performance management with an open communication policy
- You will be accountable for being creative, from conflict resolution to new initiatives creativity is a plus, we want to hear your ideas.

**In terms of qualifications?**
- Not going to lie this is a challenging role, so you will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience in dental administration.
- The dental field is highly regulated environment, so we are looking for someone with experience managing a dental or medical office.
