As the Project Manager for Purchase-to-Pay System Integrations, you will be responsible for managing the successful integration of a new Purchase-to-Pay system across the organization. You will work closely with the IT team, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure the system is integrated smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?
- Understanding of P2P processes and systems: The project manager should have a strong understanding of the P2P process and how the new system will fit into the existing process.
- Communication and collaboration: The project manager should be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and external vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal.
- Planning and organization: The project manager should develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and budgets. The project plan should be regularly updated and communicated to all stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of the project's progress.
- Risk management: The project manager should identify and manage project risks, including potential issues with the new system or delays in the project schedule. Contingency plans should be developed to mitigate these risks and minimize the impact on the project.
- Testing and quality assurance: The project manager should ensure that the new system is thoroughly tested and meets the organization's requirements before it is deployed. Quality assurance processes should be in place to ensure that the system is functioning as intended and that data is accurate.
- Change management: The project manager should have a plan in place to manage the change that the new system will bring. This plan should include communication and training to ensure that stakeholders are aware of the changes and are prepared to work with the new system.
- Manage the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution to closeout
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities across different departments and teams
- Ensure project scope, timelines, and budgets are met
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders
- Conduct project post-mortems and identify opportunities for process improvement

What do you bring?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on system integrations
- Strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay processes and systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- PMP certification preferred
