- Monitoring and management of customer accounts (creation of customers in the accounting software)
- Realization of invoicing, collection and bank reconciliation
- Writing monthly reports
- Maintaining collection targets for unpaid accounts
- Registration and posting of supplier invoices
- Management of year-end files with auditors and financial authorities
- Analyze accounting data;
- Involvement in the continuous improvement of accounting processes
- Any other related task.

**Qualifications**:

- DEC in accounting and management techniques, office automation or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the accounting cycle;
- Mastery of the Windows environment

**Interpersonal skills**:

- Mastery of functional French and English;
- Versatility and ability to adapt quickly to changes;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Excellent judgment and sense of priorities;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. ;
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas etc );
- Rigor, autonomy and sense of initiative
- Discretion;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
