**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Project Supervisor/Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Project Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial projects from initiation to completion. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

**Job Description Summary**
- To implement, manage & oversee all aspects of onsite construction activities. Including project installation & management, safety and internal & external service on assigned projects under their supervision.
- To oversee supervision of all on site material, equipment, and personnel to meet the project goals & objectives as set in conjunction with the Commercial Manager on assigned projects.
- The Commercial Project Supervisor is responsible for employee’s safety on assigned projects under their supervision
- Oversee sub-contractor contracts and field personnel selection and training and expectations, site visits, customer interaction and satisfaction on assigned projects under their supervisios

**Education**
- Required: A High School Diploma

**Experience**
- Required: Three or more years’ technical experience as a Team Leader.
- Preferred: Four or more years technical experience as a Team Leader and role as a site supervisor with management experience.

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**
- Must have the skills and knowledge to keep all lines of communication open between all functions at Kenmare Developments Inc.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with employees of varying education levels.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate up to five employees.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from Internal and External Customers.
- Excellent knowledge of the Company’s industry and trends impacting its business.

**Physical**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- **Body Movements**: The employee must have a full range of body movements including the use of his/her hands to handle and feel objects. Must demonstrate agility and keen sense of balance while working at various heights. Must be able to work in confined spaces comfortably.
- **Body Senses**: The employee must have command of at least four senses: sight, hearing, touch and smell. Specific close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Depth Perception, Clear Vision at 20 feet.
- **Strength**: The employee must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

**Licenses and Certificates**
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license

**Working Conditions**
- This position will be working both outdoors and indoors, encounters temperatures that range from -40 to +40 degrees Celsius, all types of weather conditions including snow, hail, rain and sun in muddy/dirty conditions while working at a site.
- Typical hours start at 7:00 AM for 8-10 hours a day.
- The normal driving conditions/hazards will apply. Travel will be in all types of weather including heavy rain and below freezing temperatures with snow conditions.

**Authority**
- The Commercial Project Supervisor receives authority from the Commercial Manager as necessary to oversee the commercial department’s service operations. Such authority includes:

- Supervises and monitors as necessary, all operations function and project activities; including work schedule, field personnel delegation, equipment repair and maintenance and recommendation to the Commercial Manager for departmental facility refurbishment and replacement.
- Sets service Quality Control standards in conjunction with the Team Leaders and Sub-contractors.
- Control and tracking of labour hours and materials usage at Kenmare Developments Inc. and the project sites.
- Authority to organize, discipline, direct, coordinate and evaluate the Team Leaders and sub-contractors. The Commercial Project Supervisor in conjunction with the Commercial manager must agree on hiring and termination of team leaders, sub-contractors, & technicians.
- Authority to strictly enforce Company’s policies and procedures both in the shop area and at sites.
- Coordination as necessary between the site, project manager (if applicable) and design consultants. Issuing RFI’s, Site instructions, clarifications, addendums etc and following up with the necessary consultants to ensure completion of tasks.
- Authority to access company computer I-drives to ensure project documentations are up to date. ie: trades have the lates
