**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and documents
- Utilize organizational skills to manage office supplies inventory
- Experience with QuickBooks for data entry under supervision
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in general office procedures
- Spanish speaking is ideal
- Experience with data entry and maintaining records
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is advantageous
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 5 years (preferred)
- construction industry: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Spanish (required)

Work Location: In person
