**We are looking for someone who is Bilingual i.e. proficient in English/ French.**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the development and deployment of the BrightDrop aftersales service parts model including parts fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics for electric vehicles, e-carts and other future products in the Canadian market
- Perform the primary role to interface between service parts team and CAMI manufacturing plant in Ingersoll, Ontario
- Leverage existing processes and systems launched in the US for expansion to Canada
- Support development and integration of service parts processes with BrightDrop unique IT systems and existing GM systems
- Prioritize personal activities to complete daily responsibilities while supporting assigned projects and ad hoc requests
- Perform analytical work to deliver insight from emerging data
- Recommend changes to leadership based on continuous improvement or organizational priorities
- Collaborate with teams internal and external to BrightDrop for projects and initiatives
- Seek feedback from customers on BrightDrop performance and opportunities
**Required Qualifications**:
- Experience in the fields of Supply Chain Management, Warehousing and Logistics
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the same domain
- Knowledge of import/export processes and cross-border order shipping
- Customer contact or dealer network support experience
- Customer centric mindset
- Adaptability and thrives in ambiguity (start-up mindset)
- Creative approach to problem solving and flexibility to course correct as required
- High level of analytical ability where problems are unique, difficult, or complex
- Strong oral & written communication skills (bilingual French-Canadian and English)
- Ability to work independent from leader while completing tasks efficiently and on time in a remote work environment (Note: role will be located in Ontario, Canada reporting to leader based in Warren, MI)
- Ability to setup and effectively facilitate virtual meetings
- Ability to prepare and present material to senior leadership
- High level of interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others across the BrightDrop and GM organizations
