Job Overview

We seek a Part-time User Experience Analyst to join our team. This flexible opportunity suits ambitious individuals looking to contribute 5–15 hours per week to making a meaningful impact. As a User Experience Analyst, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance our platform, improve user satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve business intelligence dashboards, internal reporting tools, and analytics systems.
  • Collect user feedback through targeted campaigns and contribute to improving app store reviews.
  • Lead user support efforts, ensuring timely resolution of issues, errors, and customer concerns by collaborating with the engineering team to optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize administrative and analytics tools to monitor the platform, guaranteeing a cohesive and seamless user journey.
  • Facilitate feature experimentation and A/B testing campaigns to gather insights for product improvement and prioritization.

  • Familiarity with data science, analytics, or programming (backend, frontend, or mobile development).

Position Details

  • Flexible, part-time hours (5–15 hours per week) to accommodate your schedule.
  • Estimated annual salary: $49,600 – $60,800 CAD, based on $24–$30 CAD/hour.
