Description:
Are you a detail-oriented construction professional seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful completion of construction projects? Look no further As a Construction Closeout Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in finalizing projects on a dynamic construction site that has received occupancy allowance and is working towards complete registration.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Finalization Oversight:
As a Construction Closeout Coordinator, your primary responsibility revolves around overseeing the finalization stages of construction projects. This entails meticulously managing the transition from construction completion to operational readiness. You'll ensure that all necessary inspections, documentation, and procedures are completed to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. From coordinating with subcontractors for final touches to conducting thorough inspections to identify any outstanding issues, your attention to detail will be paramount in achieving project closure efficiently.

2. Registration Process Management:
A key aspect of your role will involve managing the registration process for completed buildings. This entails navigating the intricacies of regulatory compliance and administrative procedures to ensure that the project achieves full registration status. From liaising with local authorities and regulatory bodies to submitting necessary documentation and addressing any compliance discrepancies, you'll serve as the point person for all registration-related matters. Your ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and navigate bureaucratic processes will be essential in expediting the registration process and achieving project milestones.

3. Administrative Support to Project Manager:
In addition to your core responsibilities in project finalization and registration management, you'll also provide crucial administrative support to the Project Manager. This may include assisting with document management, maintaining project schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. Your role as a Construction Closeout Coordinator will require excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
