**Overview**:
Our client, an esteemed and highly reputable hotel, recognized for its commitment to guest satisfaction, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Manager. This is a confidential search for a dedicated professional who will lead their housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff. Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure standards are met. Address and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping essentials. Ensure timely procurement and cost-effective management.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services. Implement corrective actions to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Promote a safe and healthy working environment for staff.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the housekeeping budget. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years in a housekeeping supervisory or management role within a full-service hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Strong commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Salary: $45,000 per year
