Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter to focus on the LMR ( Land Mobile Radio) sales in Moncton, NB. As an LMR salesperson with Hitech, you will be involved in selling and maintaining your own LMR solutions throughout the New Brunswick area which will include developing a new customer LMR base. You must be able to work independently throughout your assigned territory. Residing in the Moncton area is preferred.

We will support you in your LMR role by investing in the required training to enable your success in the Hitech Communications organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly target

**Requirements**:

- Identify new LMR opportunities/customers within your assigned territory.
- Developing, proactively screening and prospecting new and existing opportunities, working through to final negotiations and contract signing.
- Effectively preparing for client meetings and responding to proposals within your Territory/Account Base.
- Managing relationships with internal/external partners to support delivery of LMR customer expectations.
- Leveraging established networks and local chambers of commerce activities, expositions, customer seminars, and tradeshows to build and develop sales strategies.
- Meeting or exceeding a sales quota which focuses on growth services.
- “Funnel Management” - identifying and maintaining real-time accuracy of information in the CRM.
- Performing Daily/Weekly targeted, unsolicited calling

**Competencies/Experience**:

- Background in sales with demonstrated experience and success.
- Experience with LMR sales would be desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must Have Valid Driver’s License
- Drug Screenings, Motor Vehicle Record, and Background Checks Part of the Hiring Process
- Technical savvy
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
