Inventory Management: The corporate chef is responsible for managing the inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for the kitchen. They must also ensure that the kitchen has enough ingredients to meet the demands of the menu.

Cost Control: The corporate chef is responsible for controlling the costs of ingredients, equipment, and labor. They must also ensure that the menu is profitable for the company.

Training: The corporate chef is responsible for training the kitchen staff on new recipes, techniques, and safety procedures. They must also ensure that the staff is up-to-date with the latest trends in North/South Indian and Hakka Chinese cuisine.

Additionally 4-5 years of work experience in a similar role. Formal training in North/South Indian and Hakka Chinese cuisine is an added advantage. The chef should have a valid food safety certification as well.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 4 years (required)
