**Position Summary**
We are looking for a **Project Specialist, Subscription programs** based at our **Montreal **location reporting into the **CX Lifecycle & Retention Manager**. This role will act as the marketing specialist for the subscription program management & development, a key program for Nespresso. This coffee subscription marketing specialist will contribute to the acceleration of this program in order to increase the awareness and performance of the program.

**A day in the life of a Project Specialist**:
**Project management**
- Contribute to all aspects of the project of our susbscription programs: briefs, workback schedule, team meetings, deliverables follow-ups
- Perform assignments (daily tasks or project based) in an efficient, effective and timely manner
- Support & collaborate with internal team members & external stakeholders
- Ensure project deadlines are met and follow-up with transversal teams
- Create action plans to successfully execute all tasks assigned by the manager

**Program & Performance Management**
- Analyse the existing program & benchmark the different programs Recurring Order and Coffee Subscription in different markets and work with the Headquarters to identify opportunities
- Create and present action plans and recommendation to implement the different recommendations: acquire new subscribers, decrease the churn, loyalty strategy, increase the communication..
- Align and collaborate with channels to work on the action plan and implement the actions

**Consumer Insight & Competition**
- Understand the brand's club members program & external benchmarks
- Understands consumer insights and competitive market landscape

**Budget Management**
- Recommend annual budget & key strategic pillars for coffee subscription program
- Lead on budget accuracy
