A career as a Technical Lead in the Unified Communication team, IT sector, at National Bank means acting as a leader in your area of expertise, aligning the different solutions from IT suppliers to deliver sector projects, and support the architects, the Product Owner in achieving the Bank's strategic objectives and offering coordination of activities and operations for our business lines, as well as optimizing the quality of services and operations.

This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, through your understanding of technical concepts, your excellent attention to detail, data accuracy and analysis, your verbal communication skills and written, and your motivation to work with a strong sense of urgency and your high level of integrity.

Within the IT sector, you are part of a large team of 16 colleagues and you report to the IT Director. Our team stands out for its extensive knowledge of different technologies and delivering quality.

**Your job**
- Deploy technological solutions that meet business needs and align with corporate directions and roadmaps.
- Work together with the Product Owner to fully master and transmit the vision for the team.
- Assist the Product Owner to align technical goals with the team
- Participate in cost management related to production technologies.
- Support operational activities daily.
- Act as Scrum Master for the different IT solutions and ensure that the implementation is carried out according to the planned architecture, costs and time.
- Work with tools like Jira to prioritize project activities, backlog and deliverables based on team capacity
- Support the delivery team in learning Agile methods
- With the architects, validate the functional or non-functional requirements as well as the issues and ensure that the solutions meet them.
- Assist in maintaining the quality of critical elements (activities, prioritization, succession (DR), inventory, etc.)
- Participate in the construction or improvement of deployment processes at the IT level for the different solutions (Network, Voice, Security, etc.), to improve the delivery of our daily operations
- Assist with difficult files, resolve problems, and mobilize other teams to resolve issues.
- Support discussions of platform related issues to respective product vendors.
- Be flexible to make multiple trips across offices in Canada and the United States
- Be a leader of an agile squad to interact with different groups and suppliers.

Prerequisite
- Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in project management and management of related IT technology performance issues.
- Mastery or very good knowledge of the Scrum, Agile and Waterfall framework
- Experience working as a leader of technical teams, projects, troubleshooting workshop.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, problem and change management processes.
- Practical SAFE experience and/or certification an asset.
- Good experience in various Communications Technology (Mobility, VOIP, Fax, etc.) both on the user side and the infrastructure
- Experience in complex compliance issues, local legislation as well as security standards and policies.
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
