Sales Administrator

With service teams and laboratories spread across North America, a breadth of inspection techniques/methodologies, IIA is positioned to grow rapidly without sacrificing the quality of service our customers expect.
Canadian Services is based out of Brampton, ON. Our core services include visual inspections, non-destructive testing, and engineering (structural, mechanical, and welding). We are industry leaders in lift equipment testing (mobile cranes and aerials), infrastructure inspections (bridges and high mast poles), storage tank and pressure vessel testing, lift planning, and industrial engineering support.
Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Manage incoming website or phone call leads and direct to the appropriate Sales Person for follow up;
- Take input from the Sales and Ops team to draft formal quotes for clients;
- Book and coordinate online and in-person sales meetings for Sales and Ops;
- Verify order details and liaise to clarify any discrepancies;
- Assist in completing required vendor documentation and paperwork for New Customers
- Update and maintain customer records in Sales Force
- Project Management duties:
- Create purchase orders for sub-trades
- Assist Finance with job closing
- Other duties as required
- Perform any additional duties as required by the Management Team from time to time.

- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and task management skills
- Post-secondary education
- 1+ years of Sales Administration experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong ethics, ability to work within a team, ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills and a positive attitude;
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office eg. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Sales Force (and CRM’s in general) an asset;
- Must have excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
