Mosaic is growing and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will work with the sales team for one of our many multifamily residential projects. You will leverage your knowledge of the market to generate business, connect with prospective customers, prepare sales contracts, and help manage sales launches. As manager of the on-site sales team, you will lead by example, training, mentoring and coaching the team to bring out the best in them. You’ll take ownership, ensuring the model homes are well presented and the customer experience is exceptional.

Who You Are

You have demonstrated experience as a realtor and an extensive network of relationships and connections in the local area.

You can work 5 days a week including some weekends and holidays. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to coach, mentor, and train a sales team.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A second language is an asset.

You are passionate about customer service and know what it takes to ensure all customers have a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished.
